Privacy and responsible AI use
Practical privacy, clear responsibility.
This page explains how AI4ALL with MJ handles enquiries and how third-party AI tools are considered during client work. It is general information, not personalised legal advice.

Information collected
AI4ALL with MJ may collect contact details and enquiry information that you choose to submit through the contact form, including your name, email address, phone number, organisation, contact preference, service interest, meeting preference and message.
Why it is collected
This information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss possible work, arrange calls and provide services where agreed. Please do not submit passwords, confidential documents, student information, health information, financial records or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.
Contact form processing
The form is hosted and processed through Cloudflare Workers. When email delivery is configured, a transactional email provider sends the enquiry notification to AI4ALL with MJ. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated spam submissions. The form is not used to add you to a marketing list.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use invasive marketing tracking. If analytics or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain what is collected and why.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records and manage any resulting work. A person may contact AI4ALL with MJ to request correction or deletion of enquiry information, subject to any legal or legitimate record-keeping requirements.
External AI platforms
AI4ALL with MJ is platform-independent. Depending on a client's needs, work may involve ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Codex or another appropriate tool.
Each platform has its own privacy practices, account options, data controls and limitations. These may change over time. Tool selection should consider the type of information involved, the provider's current terms, available business or enterprise controls, the level of human review required and the client's own obligations.
MJ can help clients understand practical considerations and build safer workflows, but cannot guarantee the security, privacy, availability or behaviour of third-party services.
Sensitive information
Clients should not enter highly sensitive, confidential, regulated or identifying information into an AI system unless the platform and account settings have been assessed as appropriate for that use.
Human review
AI output may be incorrect. Important work requires human review. AI should not independently make legal, medical, financial, employment, child-safety or other high-impact decisions. Clients remain responsible for final decisions and approvals.
